No such thing as guesswork.
Here is exactly how a build goes, what it costs, and what your room needs. If your space will not work, we will tell you on the first call instead of the last one.
From first call to first swing.
Every build starts with the room you actually have. We measure it, plan it, and tell you honestly what is possible before anyone buys anything.

Questions we get.
How much does a golf simulator cost?
Residential builds generally run from about $15K for a straightforward room to $60K and up for a full custom build with premium equipment. Commercial multi-bay projects run higher. Launch monitor choice, room construction, acoustics, and finish level drive the number. You get a real figure after we see the space.
What ceiling height do I need?
Nine feet is the number most builds want. It is also the most common reason a room does not work. There are ways to work with a little less depending on your height and swing, and we would rather measure your actual room than rule it out from a chart.
How much depth and width?
Roughly 15 feet of depth and 12 feet of width is a comfortable target. Less is sometimes workable with the right layout and a lefty or righty-only setup.
How long does an install take?
Most residential builds run one to two weeks on site depending on how much construction the room needs. Commercial and institutional builds are scheduled around your off-season.
Which launch monitors do you work with?
We install and calibrate the units that suit the room, including Foresight and Uneekor. If you already own one, we build around it.
Can you build in an unfinished basement or pole barn?
Yes. That is a lot of what we do. We frame, insulate, clad, and finish the room, then build the simulator inside it.
Do you handle electrical?
We plan and coordinate power, mounting, and runs with your electrician, and we handle the mounting and cable management ourselves.
Do you build outside Michigan?
Yes. We install throughout Michigan and into northern Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. For commercial work we will travel further — ask.
Can you upgrade an existing simulator room?
Often, yes. Screen retension, enclosure rebuild, better lighting, acoustics, and turf are all common retrofits.
Do you do putting greens on their own?
Yes. A custom indoor green is the most affordable thing we build and it does not need a simulator beside it.
What happens after install if something goes wrong?
You call the number on this site and you get the person who built the room.
Still have a question?
Call and ask. You will get the person who builds the rooms, not a call center.
